PLANT EXTRACTION LINE : Extraction method, which is used as a purification method in various fields, is used as a separation method in chemistry. This process is the essence of the plant in the plants, sugar, etc. These are the processes that allow the active substance to be taken from the product with the help of a solvent. Generally, water and alcohol are used in the system. Alcohol is recovered from the extract by passing the liquid solution obtained at the end of the process through various evaporation methods. Producers separate the extracts/flavors of the plants from the plants on the production line and evaluate these aromas for use in various fields. Aromatic waters such as Rose Water, Lavender Water, Chamomile Water are obtained in the Extraction Line.
PLANT DISTILATION LINE : Distillation is characterized as distillation in different fields. With this method, the plants whose aromatic oil is to be extracted are positioned in the system in the line so that they do not come into contact with the water, and the steam of the boiling water underneath comes into contact with the plants, allowing the essential oils in the plants to be transferred to the condenser. The essential oils, together with the water vapor transferred to the condenser, condense into liquid form. In this mixture, phase separation takes place due to the density difference. Producers separate the oils of the plants from the plants on the production line and evaluate these oils for use in various fields. Aromatic oils such as Rose Oil, Lavender Oil, Peppermint Oil are obtained in the Distillation Line.
