In this production line, fresh fruits enter the facility for processing. It is washed, sorted and crushed through certain processes and puree is obtained. In order to obtain a turbid consistency, the obtained fruit puree is cooked under vacuum, condensed by evaporation and turned into puree concentrate. This product, which is now concentrated in puree, is turned into a cloudy fruit juice by adding the ingredients in the light of a certain recipe and sent to the filling line.
Juice producers from fresh fruit can also produce fruit concentrate on this line. It can use these fruit concentrates as a different method in its own fruit juice production, as well as supply fruit juice concentrate to fruit juice producers as a contract manufacturer.
