Sesame Processing is divided into two as White Sesame and Bagel Sesame.
White Sesame Processing; It is commonly preferred to be used in patisserie products. It is a processing method consisting of the process of removing the outer shell of the sesame seeds supplied as raw, passing them through sieves, removing the bran remaining on it, sending it to the brine process and then to the rinsing process, and drying the soaked sesame seeds. If Tahini Production is requested, roasting systems are added to the process line and the sesame seeds that come out of the rinsing process pass through the roasting process after drying. White Sesame Processing is the most demanded method produced by our brand.
Sesame Processing for Bagels; It is commonly used only in bagels. It is obtained by mixing the sesame seeds coming out of the White Sesame Processing process from the pre-drying line, together with molasses in open boilers. Tahini is not produced from Simitlik Sesame. Please contact our brand about Simitlik Sesame Processing method, which is produced by our brand only to a certain extent.
